Terms of service

GTO Central provides educational software and content for studying poker strategy. Features, supported game configurations and available datasets may change over time. The service does not operate real-money poker games, accept wagers or guarantee poker results.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with the laws that apply where you use the service. You are responsible for deciding whether and how educational information is appropriate for your circumstances.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer or share access in a way that bypasses the subscription offered to you.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, non-payment, abuse or a material breach of these terms. We will restore access when the underlying issue is resolved where appropriate.

Paid features, prices, billing intervals and any trial period are shown during checkout. Stripe processes payments. Unless checkout states otherwise, a subscription renews for the selected billing interval until it is cancelled.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal available in the application. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal while access continues for any remaining paid or trial period, subject to the status shown by Stripe and any rights provided by law. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Use the service only for lawful personal or authorised business study. Do not interfere with its security or operation, access another person's account, scrape or extract datasets at scale, evade access controls, overload upstream services, introduce malicious code or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute GTO Central's software, datasets or substantial content without written permission. Normal links to public pages and short quotations with attribution are permitted where allowed by law.

GTO Central and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, interface, software, strategy presentations and supplied content. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while your account is entitled to access it.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably required to host, process, display and back up that material for you and to operate the service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

Poker involves uncertainty and financial risk. Solver output depends on its model, ranges, stacks, rake, bet sizes and other inputs. GTO Central provides strategy education, not financial advice, legal advice or a representation that any strategy is optimal for every game.

Past results, modelled expected values and training scores do not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for game selection, bankroll decisions, compliance with local rules and every decision made using the information.

We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider failures, data updates and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features while taking reasonable account of active subscriptions.

The service uses or links to third-party services such as Google, Stripe, PostHog, Sanity and YouTube. Their own terms and policies govern your direct use of those services, and we are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and we exclude warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from these terms. GTO Central is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost winnings, lost profits or decisions made at a poker table based on the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is permitted, our liability will be limited to a fair and reasonable remedy having regard to the service affected and the fees paid for it.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. If a material change affects an active subscription, we may provide additional notice through the service or account contact details.
